This Privacy Policy explains how sssht handles personal information when you browse our store, place an order, contact us or interact with our advertising. It also explains choices available to U.S. residents. Applicable rights depend on your location and whether the relevant law applies to our business. Shopify provides the platform that hosts our store.

1. Information and sources

We collect information you provide, information generated through your use of the store, and information from service providers that support orders, payments, delivery, fraud prevention and advertising.

• Identifiers and contact information: name, email, telephone number, delivery and billing addresses, account identifiers, IP address and cookie or device identifiers.
• Commercial information: products viewed or purchased, cart contents, order and return records, payment status and customer-service correspondence.
• Payment information: information needed to authorize and administer payments is processed by checkout payment providers. We receive transaction details needed for order handling, refunds and disputes.
• Internet and device activity: browser, device, referring pages, visits, interactions and approximate location inferred from an IP address.
• Preferences and inferences: shopping interests and marketing or privacy choices, where the relevant feature is used.

Do not send government identifiers, full payment-card details, health information or other unnecessary sensitive information through customer-service messages.

2. Purposes and processing grounds

We use information to process orders and returns; communicate about purchases; provide support; secure the store and prevent fraud; improve the shopping experience; comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations; and, subject to your choices and applicable law, measure and deliver advertising.

Where a law requires a legal basis, we rely as applicable on performing a contract or taking steps you request before a purchase, complying with legal obligations, consent for activities requiring consent, and legitimate interests in operating and securing the store when those interests are not overridden by your rights. 5. Recipients and disclosures

We disclose information needed for the purposes above to Shopify and service providers for hosting, payments, shipping, support, security and analytics. Advertising partners may receive identifiers, online activity, approximate location, commercial information or related inferences when the relevant integrations operate and such disclosure is permitted. We may disclose information when you direct us, when legally required, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a genuine business transfer subject to applicable protections.

Advertising disclosures may qualify as a sale, sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, or targeted advertising under applicable state law even without a monetary payment. 6. California privacy rights

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), applies, eligible California residents may request access to and a copy of personal information; information about categories, sources, purposes and recipients; correction of inaccuracies; deletion subject to exceptions; and opt-out of sale or sharing. A right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information applies where such uses occur. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

The categories and purposes described above explain the types of information our store handles. We retain and use information only as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purposes or as law permits. You may request information about actual disclosures relevant to you. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.

7. Other U.S. state rights

Depending on applicable state law, you may have rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of information, opt out of targeted advertising or sales, and opt out of certain profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not use this shopping website to make eligibility decisions for employment, lending, housing or similar consequential services. We will request only information reasonably needed to verify and fulfill access, correction or deletion requests. Authorized agents may act with evidence of authority; we may verify the consumer when permitted. An advertising opt-out does not require creating an account or providing unnecessary identity documents.

We respond within the timeframe required by the law that applies. For applicable CCPA requests, we generally acknowledge receipt within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days; if a lawful extension is needed, we will explain why within the initial period. Opt-outs and requests under other laws are handled within their applicable deadlines. If we decline a request, we explain the reason and any appeal available to you.

9. Global Privacy Control

Our store's privacy controls recognize a supported Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of sale/sharing and targeted advertising for that browser. A GPC signal takes priority over an advertising acceptance in that browser. Other "Do Not Track" signals do not have a uniform standard; use GPC or the store controls to submit an opt-out. 10. Retention, security and transfers

Retention depends on the purpose, transaction history, legal obligations, fraud prevention and dispute needs. Order records may need to be retained for tax or accounting requirements even after a deletion request. We do not retain information indefinitely simply because it might be useful. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

11. Children and marketing choices

This store is intended for general shopping by adults, not for collecting information from children under 13.
